Sanctuarylakesdevon is a family run fishery that contains 3 small lakes based in the North Devon area. The first lake constructed was the Carp Lake just under 1 acre and finished in 2009, the second lake is the Tench lake finished in 2012 and around 1 acre. The final lake was completed in 2018 and is a smaller water of just under 0.5 acres, this contains Golden Tench & Crucian Carp. During 2021  i will offering a guided service for anyone wishing to try Tench or Carp fishing, all bait and equipment will be supplied. There will be day tickets available this year, these must be booked in advance. The ticket price is £10 pp and this is for exclusive use of the lakes for that day, there is no night fishing at this time unless by special arrangement.  From 2022 Tench will no longer be allowed to be retained in keepnets, this rule amendment has been necessary due to the Tench reaching a larger average size, a maximum of two fish can be retained in a flotation sling for a short period. During 2023 Sundays between May and October will be multi day ticket days, so please note the lakes will not be exclusive. There are also some exciting developments coming during 2023 and all for the good of Tench fishing.
